By using Eloica, you agree to the following terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide a valid Ugandan phone number to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Perishable items cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically at the selected frequency. You may pause or cancel at any time from your account settings, subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely via YO Payments. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.
